Tabitha Narvaiz, Executive Director
A native Oklahoman, Tabitha first got involved with nonprofits while living in Washington, D.C. and working for an organization that supported Gold Star Families. Inspired by the gratitude of families who had made the ultimate sacrifice, Tabitha’s passion for charitable work has continued throughout her career.
With over a decade of experience in community outreach and strategic planning, Tabitha works to develop relationships through central Oklahoma in order to advance the mission of Sharing Tree. Tabitha provides leadership and oversees day-to-day operations, fundraising, communications, and human resources in order for the organization to continue serving families in need.
Prior to joining Sharing Tree, Tabitha managed special projects and community outreach for Oklahoma City Community College President, Jerry Steward, and worked to increase community support and services offered to Servicemembers and Veterans as a contractor for the U.S. Department of the Army. Tabitha began her career in Washington, D.C. where she worked for the U.S. House of Representatives, multiple state and national political campaigns, and advocated on behalf of a diverse portfolio of clients that includes veteran services and transportation and infrastructure.
Tabitha spends her free time with her husband, two dogs, and acclimating to life with two foster sons, soon-to-be known as just, sons. Tabitha attends Crosstown Church, is a member of the Junior League of Oklahoma City, and bleeds America’s Brightest Orange as a graduate of Oklahoma State University.
